36 - Hypersona (2009)

Not many information about who is 36, only that he comes from england.

His album, Hypersona, is an ambient album, that takes us through differents landscapes. You're not guided by beats here, you can let the music drive your mood.  It has a little melancholic touch, but mainly tone is smooth, deep and peaceful.

36 has decided not to come in a traditionnal distribution circuit, but released it through sharing sites, in order you can listen to his work freely. A CD realease is also available so that you can order it on his label. You can choose the price yourself, as Radiohead did, but mainly for buzz purposes. As he said on his website's FAQ, mp3 are only data and there's no complete musical experience without feeling, touching, looking at the artwork of the CD packaging. As a music fan I could not agree more.
